The grapes used to produce this wine come from the vineyards
situated in La Morra.
The wine is matured in French oak casks
for approximately one year, and followed by a period of six months
of bottle ageing.
Bright, ruby- red colour with some orange
reflections. It maintains its colour throughout ageing.
A
delightful floral bouquet of roses with a delicate and persistent
scent of wild berries, such as, red currants and wild strawberries.
While ageing, the fragrance tends to evolve towards a spicier
scent. A well balanced, harmonic taste contrasted by a rich acidity
which makes it a robust, full-bodied and well-structured
wine.
