The grapes used to produce this wine come from a vineyard,
located in La Morra, called " Vigna Parroco".
The vines are over
thirty years old. The wine is matured in French barriques for one
year, and followed by one year of bottle ageing.
Deep, ruby-red
colour with subtle, garnet-red reflections. Highly scented with
hints of underwood.
A gentle, harmonic taste due to the ageing
process in barriques, with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
