The grapes used to produce this wine come from a vineyard called
"SIRI" situated in Roddino d'Alba.
The wine is firstly matured
in small oak casks for approximately 8 months, then in stainless
steel vats for approximately 3 months, followed by further bottle
ageing.
Deep, ruby red colour with evident purple reflections;
highly aromatic, fruity scent of cherries and blackberries.
Full-bodied, harmonic and slightly tannic on the palate making
it a very appealing wine with a lingering finish.
