LOCAL COOKERY COURSE

...discover the roots of thè locai food and wine culture with an expert hotel school chef. Learn the secrets of thè flavours and ingredients, and of thè magical ways of combining them to create thetypical dishes of the Langhe and Roero, taking a part of our land back home with you. The courses are held in a well-equipped facility, in a pìcturesque hill location amidst the vineyards of Barolo wine, and end with a lunch or dinner based on the dishes prepared.
