The prices of suites and apartments are intended for 2 people.

DEPOSIT conditions
Reservations and any cancellations must be received in writing by email
Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
Refund 90% of the deposit: cancellation up to 1 month before;
50% refund of the deposit: cancellation within 15 days of arrival.
No deposit will be returned: less than 15 days before arrival.
If the deposit is not requested, but a credit card number is reserved, one night will be charged in case of cancellation within the week prior to arrival.
The full amount of the reservation will then be charged.
Langhe breakfast (rich in typical local products) is included.
The company gives the opportunity to offer its customers wine tastings of its own production
Prices can be discounted according to the type of stay and the period.
The rooms can be chosen according to the client's preference; however changes are possible at our own discretion.
The prices shown are inclusive of VAT but do not include any local taxes / tourist tax.
From 1 April 2012 a tourist tax was introduced aimed at improving the tourist and hospitality services in the area. This tax must be paid by the customer, upon departure, and will be approximately € 1.50 per person, per night.
